Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include the packing slip provided in your portal download.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
